Reika RINGSAW™
The ID RINGSAW™ sets a new standard for the cutoff industry by achieving the lowest `cost per cut` and unparalleled productivity. The availability of automated tool change, and the flexibility to cut rounds, shapes, hollows, and solids, the ID RINGSAW™ sets a new standard for the industry. The saw cuts hollow diameters up to 610mm / 150mm wall, solid rounds up to 410mm diameter, and shapes up to 610mm x 610mm.
Tube & Sheet Hydroforming
Hydroforming has returned to prominence in global manufacturing markets. In response to renewed demand, we have built up the worlds most comprehensive development capacity at our facilities in Wilndsdorf Germany. Installed press capacities range from 1000 to 10,000 MTon serving both tube and sheet hydroform applications. Presses are reserved for tool development, prototype and small lot production.
